Hi there I’m tom and I’m wondering if you a looking for a awesome apartment with a pretty cool roommate is so your stopping at the right place, I’m looking for someone to take over the master bedroom with master full bathroom in this large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment I have been here for about 3 years so it is fully furnished and utility connected I asking 1300 a month (internet and power run about 80$ per person) laundry room on site with pool,hot tub and a basic workout room located in Torrance but Redondo beach adjacent (about 2 miles from the beach)with all major stores within walking distance and 2 malls within a 8 minute drive my self I pretty laid back as long as you can pass the landlords credit check and pay your rent on time it’s all good
