I'm retired, but fairly active ex bartender, writer/editor. Due to some physical setbacks Im on disability and I dont drive so I spend a lot of time at home and am willing to pay slightly higher rent than originally listed if desired.
I don't currently have any pets myself but have fostered many dogs and have owned cats and birds as well so I am more than happy to help care for any pets you may have.
Since I don't drive I'm looking for a room that is within walking distance to stores.
