Our home is behind Town Center Mall in Boca Raton, a few minutes from: Lynn University, FAU, PBCS, Starbucks, I-95, Whole Foods, Publix.... We offer a fully furnished room/bath, your own fridge, pots/plates/ etc. Superspeed internet, all included. 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, lake, gated community (24/7 guards). Beautiful and quiet. We are 2 females in the house and looking for a FEMALE roommate only. We are asking for $900/month + $900 deposit. Proof of income and background check. Our roommate's boyfriend, girlfriend, partner, lover, friend.... is not welcome to our house. Without exception: No visitors allowed.
